SEASON ONE
01. “Secret Origins (Part 1)”
Batman investigates a series of mysterious space signals and finds an alien conspiracy, while Superman is overwhelmed by telepathic alien messages as war-machines land and begin attacking Earth.
02. “Secret Origins (Part 2)”
Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Flash, and Hawkgirl team up with Superman, Batman, and J'onn J'onzz to defeat the alien invaders, but one of them falls in battle and the others are soon overwhelmed.
03. “Secret Origins (Part 3)”
The heroes race to rescue two of their own before the Imperium gets to Earth and completes its conquest.
04. “In Blackest Night (Part 1)”
"No man escapes the Manhunters." An alien court sends the Manhunters to bring Green Lantern back for prosecution on the charge of genocide, and the League gets involved.
05. “In Blackest Night (Part 2)”
Believing that Green Lantern is receiving an unfair trial, the Leaguers investigate, while GL's superiors, the Guardians of the Universe, enter as witnesses. But the whole trial may be a ruse.
06. “The Enemy Below (Part 1)”
When Aquaman, ruler of Atlantis, decides he has had enough of the surface-dwellers trespassing in his ocean, the Justice League tries to smooth things over. Aquaman takes Superman's advice and arrives in New York City to speak to the World Assembly, but it soon becomes apparent that he may have been right about the surface-dwellers all along.
07. “The Enemy Below (Part 2)”
Betrayed by his own subjects, Aquaman and the League fight to save Atlantis, the world, and Aquaman's own son against his half-brother Orm's coup.
08. “Paradise Lost (Part 1)”
Wonder Woman returns to Paradise Island to make up with her mother for her rapid departure, only to find the Amazons transformed to statues. The sorcerer Felix Faust is hold them hostage to force Diana to recover three ancient artifacts.
09. “Paradise Lost (Part 2)”
The League fight to save Paradise Island and Wonder Woman's own mother from Felix Faust and Lord Hades.
10. “War World (Part 1)”
Superman and J'onn are taken prisoner during a rescue mission gone bad, and Superman is forced to compete in a gladiatorial tournament on a distant world while Hawkgirl and Green Lantern try to rescue them.
11. “War World (Part 2)”
Green Lantern and Hawkgirl continue their search for Superman and J'onn, who have discovered a diabolical plot within War World's gladiatorial games.
12. “The Brave and the Bold (Part 1)”
When the Flash is mind-controlled into committing a crime, he and Green Lantern work to clear his name and uncover a sinister scheme.
13. “The Brave and the Bold (Part 2)”
When Gorilla Grodd mentally enslaves a city of humans and prepares to destroy Gorilla City, Green Lantern and Flash try to defeat him while the other Leaguers move to help the ape civilization.

The League aid the Justice Guild against their arch-nemeses while trying to unravel the secrets of the Guild's world.
18. “Injustice For All (Part 1)”
The League captures a dying Luthor, who breaks out of prison and assembles a group of villains to defeat the heroes.
19. “Injustice For All (Part 2)”
Batman is captured by the villains, who plan on destroying the Watchtower and finding a cure for Lex.
20. “A Knight of Shadows (Part 1)”
The sorceress Morgaine Le Fey and her son Mordred search for the Philosopher's Stone, and the Justice League need the help of the Demon Etrigan to thwart her.
21. “A Knight of Shadows (Part 2)”
Morgaine and Mordred get the Stone and plan to transform England and restore it to its medieval glory.
22. “Metamorphosis (Part 1)”
An old friend of John Stewart's is inadvertently turned into a freak capable of altering his molecular structure, separating him from his girlfriend and pitting him against the League.
23. “Metamorphosis (Part 2)”
The League battle Metamorpho but soon discover that his future father-in-law, Simon Stagg, poses the true menace.
24. “The Savage Time (Part 1)”
When the present is altered, the Justice League must travel back in time to World War II to restore history.
25. “The Savage Time (Part 2)”
A separate League struggle against the Naxis and determine who is responsible for the Axis' technological advances.

SEASON TWO
27. “Twilight (Part 1)”
The Justice League is forced to ally with Darkseid against an enemy powerful enough to threaten both Earth and Apokolips.
28. “Twilight (Part 2)”
The League are forced to battle both Darkseid and Brainiac, while Wonder Woman and Batman seek the aid of Orion, son of Darkseid.
29. “Tabula Rasa (Part 1)”
Lex Luthor, on the run from the League, reactivates an old LexCorp project to stop the League - an android that can duplicate the powers of anyone it sees.
30. “Tabula Rasa (Part 2)”
Even Superman is unable to defeat the android once it duplicates all of the League's powers. Only with the aid of J'onn, suffering a crisis of faith when he is overwhelmed by humanity's pettiness during a telepathic scan, can they turn Amazo against Lex.
31. “Only a Dream (Part 1)”
The Justice League must deal with a prison break, unaware that prisoner John Dee is using the distraction to gain access to an experimental ESP machine and gain the power to manipulate dreams.
32. “Only a Dream (Part 2)”
Four of the Leaguers are trapped in their dreams by Dr. Destiny - only J'onn and Batman can rescue them...if they don't fall asleep first.
33. “Maid of Honor (Part 1)”
Batman and Wonder Woman find themselves enmeshed in the schemes of Vandal Savage to take over the small country of Kasnia and use its space program to blackmail the world.
34. “Maid of Honor (Part 2)”
Batman and Wonder Woman move against Kasnia to prevent Vandal Savage from terrorizing the world with his orbital rail gun.
35. “Hearts and Minds (Part 1)”
John Stewart leaves on a mission to help his fellow Green Lanterns overthrow a intergalactic dictator with strange powers.
36. “Hearts and Minds (Part 2)”
Despero's followers attack and John is forced to use a gun when his ring becomes useless due to Despero's mental tampering. While John, Katma, and Hawkgirl are captured, J'onn, Kilowog, and Flash must try to deactivate the mystic flames and deprive Despero of his power.
37. “A Better World (Part 1)”
The Justice Lords, an alternate version of the League from a different dimension, capture their counterparts and plan to bring their own brand of justice to the new Earth.
38. “A Better World (Part 2)”
The Justice League must escape from their imprisonment at the hands of the Justice Lords and defeat their counterparts with the help of an unlikely ally.
39. “Eclipsed (Part 1)”
A strange gemstone possesses all who touch it, turning them to evil...including Wonder Woman.

The League discover the secret behind the "Black Heart" gem, but everyone except the Flash is possessed, and he must save the day before the sun is destroyed.
41. “The Terror Beyond (Part 1)”
After Aquaman frees Solomon Grundy, Hawkgirl and the Justice League are convinced that the Lord of Atlantis has gone rogue. But when the trail leads them to the mysterious Dr. Fate, they discover there is more to this strange partnership than meets the eye.
42. “The Terror Beyond (Part 2)”
With the initial ritual destroyed, the League, Fate, and Grundy must travel into the dimension of the Old Ones while Aquaman fights the invaders in the Earth realm.
43. “Secret Society (Part 1)”
Gorilla Grodd brings together a powerful team of villains, welding them together into a close-knit group. Meanwhile the League is plagued by its own internal problems and non-cooperation, leaving them vulnerable to attack.
44. “Secret Society (Part 2)”
The Secret Society take advantage of the League's break-up to bring them down until only Green Lantern remains to free his comrades. When he falls as well everything looks hopeless.

In the ultimate reality show, the Joker pits the Justice League against the clock and against the Royal Flush Gang as the Justice League races to find and disarm all the bombs he's planted along the Strip in Las Vegas.
48. “Wild Cards (Part 2)”
The League manage to defuse the Joker's bombs and defeat the four active members of the Royal Flush Gang...but the Joker has an Ace in the hole as he executes his real master plan.
49. “Comfort and Joy”
In this one-part episode, the Justice Leaguers go their separate ways to celebrate the holiday season. After saving a distant planet, the League returns in time for Christmas. Clark and J'onn visit Smallville for a Kent family Christmas, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl have a snowball fight and visit an alien bar while comparing holiday traditions, and the Flash and Ultra-Humanite have a season's fight and are forced to ally together to save orphans' toys.
50. “Starcrossed (Part 1)”
The Thangarians, Hawkgirl's people, arrive on Earth to aid them against the menace of the Gordanians. But all is not what it seems.
51. “Starcrossed (Part 2)”
The League manage to escape and take refuge at Wayne Manor, while the Thanagarians scout the planet for them and realize their master plan for Earth.
52. “Starcrossed (Part 3)”
The League defeats the squad of hawkmen sent to kill them at the Batcave, but must now figure out how to stop the activation of the hypergate before it destroys Earth.
SEASON 1
01. “Initiation”
The Justice League reforms in a new satellite headquarters and adds a new expanded roster of members. They then recruit Green Arrow to aid Green Lantern, Captain Atom, and Supergirl in defeating a nuclear monster in China.
02. “For the Man Who Has Everything”
Batman and Wonder Woman deliver presents to Superman at the Fortress of Solitude for his birthday, but find he's been immobilized by a special "gift" courtesy of the world-conquering Mongul.
03. “Kid Stuff”
When Mordred banishes all adults into Limbo, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern must make a deal with his mother Morgaine to transform into 8-year-olds in a desperate attempt to defeat the boy-wizard.
04. “Hawk and Dove”
Two superhero brothers, Dove (a pacifist) and Hawk (an aggressive fighter), join Wonder Woman to stop a civil war in Kaznia, but it turns out that the war is being instigated by the Greek god Ares as part of his plan to spread misery and conflict.
05. “This Little Piggy”
Batman turns to Zatanna for help to defeat the evil sorceress Circe and save a transformed teammate.
06. “Fearful Symmetry”
When Supergirl is plagued by disturbing dreams, she turns to Green Arrow and The Question for help, but they soon learn that she may not be dreaming after all.
07. “The Greatest Story Never Told”
While the sorcerer Mordru invades Metropolis and the League must attack en masse to stop him, gloryhound and erstwhile superhero Booster Gold ends up "crowd control" and does some world-saving of his own.
08. “The Return”
After the power-absorbing android Amazo destroys the home planet of the Guardians of the Universe, the League must intercept him before he reaches Earth and achieves his goal: murdering the recently reformed Lex Luthor.
09. “Ultimatum”
A new team of heroes, the Ultimen, help the Justice League defeat fire monsters that are attacking an oil rig. But the Ultimen soon discover that a dark secret lies at the heart of their origins and their sponsorship and turn against the League.
10. “Dark Heart”
When nanotech-based alien robots land in the American southwest and overwhelm the League, only the Atom, a microscopic super hero, can defeat them.
11. “Wake the Dead”
Solomon Grundy rises from the grave as a mindless berserker, and when the Justice League can't stop him, they turn to a reluctant Hawkgirl for assistance.
12. “The Once and Future Thing - Weird Western Tales”
Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern chase a time-travelling thief into the past and team up with some local "superheroes" of the era to deal with an outlaw who has used the thief's futuristic technology to take over an Old West town.
13. “The Once and Future Thing - Time, Warped”
In pursuit of a time-travelling thief, Batman, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman arrive in a futuristic Gotham City twisted horribly awry by alterations to the timestream, and must join forces with the future Batman and the Justice League Unlimited.
SEASON TWO
14. “The Cat and the Canary”
Black Canary asks Green Arrow to help save her mentor, Wildcat, from an underground super-powered fight club known as Meta-Brawl.
15. “The Ties That Bind”
When escape artist and superhero Mr. Miracle can't get help from the rest of the League, the Flash volunteers to help him break out a special prisoner from an inescapable prison on Darkseid's homeworld of Apokolips.
16. “The Doomsday Sanction”
While Batman investigates the Cadmus conspiracy headed by Amanda Waller, Superman battles a resurrected Doomsday in the heart of a volcano.
17. “Task Force X”
Four incarcerated villains are released from prison by Cadmus to undertake an impossible mission: steal a powerful mystic artifact from the JLU Watchtower under the noses of the League.
18. “The Balance”
When Felix Faust escapes the magical mirror in which he was imprisoned by Tala, Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl must go to Tartarus where Faust has overthrown Lord Hades and claimed the place as his own.
19. “Double Date”
Green Arrow and Black Canary must stop the Question and the Huntress from killing organized crime lord Steven Mandragora.
20. “Clash”
Captain Marvel, the World's Mightiest Mortal, joins the Justice League as Lex Luthor initiates a new plot.
21. “Hunter's Moon”
When Shayera, Vigilante, and Vixen respond to a deep space distress call, they're led into a deadly trap.
22. “Question Authority”
While investigating Cadmus, the Question discovers a secret that threatens to shake the very foundations of the Justice League.
23. “Flashpoint”
After an unexpected battle, Superman considers declaring war on Cadmus.
24. “Panic in the Sky”
When the founding members surrender to the government, the remaining League members fight to survive Cadmus' ultimate attack on the team.
25. “Divided We Fall”
When most of the Justice League is unavailable, the League's deadliest enemies emerge to take advantage of the chaos.
26. “Epilogue”
Sixty-five years in the future, the history of the Justice League is the key to Batman's darkest secret...and Terry McGinnis' final destiny.

27. “I Am Legion”
Lex Luthor is rescued from prison by a new villainous organization - the Legion of Doom!
28. “Shadow of the Hawk”
Batman doesn't like the looks of Carter Hall, Shayera's new boyfriend, when he learns that Carter has connections to Thanagar.
29. “Chaos at the Earth's Core”
Green Lantern's team of Stargirl, S.T.R.I.P.E., and Supergirl are diverted to Skartaris, a fantastic world beneath the Earth's surface, where they meet a new hero, The Warlord.
30. “To Another Shore”
Wonder Woman learns of a plot to steal the powers of the 3,000 year-old corpse of The Viking Prince.
31. “Flash and Substance”
The Flash must handle an onslaught of super-villains during the opening of a museum in his honor, and Batman and Orion lend a hand.
32. “Dead Reckoning”
The League comes to the aid of Boston Brand, the ghost of a deceased circus acrobat, who needs their help in recovering the souls of members of a monastic order.
33. “Patriot Act”
Green Arrow must lead a team of non-powered superheroes against a berserk super-soldier attacking Metropolis.
34. “The Great Brain Robbery”
While the League uses magic to try to tap into Grodd's location based on Flash's previous contact with the villain, Luthor uses science to try to tap into Grodd's mind for information on Brainiac...and the resulting confluence causes the two to switch bodies.
35. “Grudge Match”
Roulette returns with a new version of Metabrawl...and plans to use the Justice League to boost her ratings.
36. “Far From Home”
Supergirl is abducted to the 31st century to aid a futuristic group of super-heroes...and where it is destined she will never return.
37. “Ancient History”
Hawkman and the Shadow Thief (from "Shadow of the Hawk") return and the secret behind both their existences is finally revealed.
38. “Alive!”
Lex Luthor searches for the remains of Brainiac in distant space using the Secret Society. What awaits them in the far reaches of space? And how will Grodd attempt to retake control of the Society?
39. “Destroyer”
Darkseid is back from the grave and has revenge on his mind with Superman as his target. Darkseid brings the armies of Apokolips to destroy the Earth and all of Earth's super-powered meet the attack. The end looks bleak but the world's salvation comes from an unexpected act of heroism.
01. “Independence Day”
Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, and Speedy are finally ready to join the Justice League as full members. However, they soon discover that are to be treated as "junior members." An enraged Speedy leaves, while the other three strike out on their own to investigate a mysterious fire at Cadmus Laboratories. The trio soon discovers that Cadmus conceals a major conspiracy, and one of its goals is to create a clone of Superman for their own ends.
02. “Fireworks”
Kid Flash, Robin, and Aqualad are captured by the Cadmus genomorph forces, which prepare to clone them and dispose of the originals. Their only hope is the Superman clone, "Superboy", who must choose between freedom and subservience to those who created him.
03. “Welcome to Happy Harbor”
Speedy refuses to join the team, leading the members of Young Justice to wonder if their team is nothing more than a big joke to keep the young heroes "in their place". Meanwhile, Miss Martian feels that she doesn't belong on the team. The team battles a villain named Mister Twister, who they mistakenly believe is really Red Tornado testing them.
04. “Drop-Zone”
Batman sends Young Justice on its first official mission, to investigate a neo steroid called Venom. The heroes ultimately find themselves in the middle of a small war between Bane and the Cobra Cult. Meanwhile, the heroes realize they need a team leader - but who will it be?
05. “Schooled”
The lack of relationship and interaction with Superman angers Superboy, leading him to lose control of his anger and decline training with Black Canary. When Young Justice encounters an opponent that even their Justice League superiors have experienced difficulty in defeating, will Superboy decide to help the team?
06. “Infiltrator”
Green Arrow's niece, Artemis, joins Young Justice and must save a bright young scientist from the League of Shadows.
07. “Denial”
Young Justice investigates the disappearance of Kent Nelson, the former Dr. Fate. Meanwhile, Kid Flash, who doesn't believe in magic, must defeat Abra Kadabra and Klarion the Witch Boy to obtain the Helmet of Fate.
08. “Downtime”
After a team mission goes badly, Aqualad returns to Atlantis to reconsider his role as team leader, or whether he should pursue personal interests. However, he soon discovers that there is no escaping his destiny.
09. “Bereft”
Young Justice discovers that they have forgotten the last six months of their lives, including each other and a final fateful mission in Bialya. The team turns to Miss Martian to recover their memories, before it is too late for Superboy.
10. “Targets”
Red Arrow rejects Young Justice's help and attempts to prevent the League of Shadows from starting a war. Ultimately he finds himself working with an even deadlier ally to fight the League's assassins.
11. “Terrors”
Miss Martian and Superboy go undercover at a Federal penitentiary where the world's most dangerous super-villains are kept under lock and key.
12. “Homefront”
The non-powered Robin and Artemis are the only members of Young Justice who can stand against mysterious invaders who come after the team in their home base.
13. “Alpha Males”
Aqualad's teammates discover that he held vital information from them concerning the presence of a mole, sowing the seeds of mistrust. While attempting to deal with their internal issues, the team is sent to India to investigate reports of armed animals attacking human beings... and Batman puts Captain Marvel in charge of the group.
14. “Revelation”
While the Justice League combats a worldwide outbreak of plant creatures, Batman sends Young Justice to deal with the villains responsible: the Injustice League.
15. “Humanity”
Young Justice takes along their new friend Zatanna on their quest to find Red Tornado and learn if he's the mole.
16. “Failsafe”
When the Justice League is defeated by alien invaders, Young Justice must step up to fight in their stead.
17. “Disordered”
The Forever People come seeking a missing possession: Sphere, which has undergone a bizarre transformation.
18. “Secrets”
Artemis and Zatanna decide to go partying on Halloween night, only to discover that a youthful assassin, Harm, has set his sights on them. Meanwhile, Miss Martian and Superboy take Kid Flash to their high school Halloween dance.
19. “Misplaced”
Young Justice, Zatanna, and Captain Marvel's alter-ego Billy Batson are the only ones on Earth who can save the day when five villainous sorcerers make every adult on the planet disappear.
20. “Coldhearted”
On his birthday, Kid Flash is forced to go on what is supposed to be a simple delivery mission, rather than battle with the Justice League. However, he soon discovers the mission is anything but simple.
21. “Image”
When the team returns to the Middle East on a mission to Qurac, Miss Martian must face her secrets... but will doing so save the team or destroy them?
22. “Agendas”
Superboy discovers that he may not be alone when he learns that Cadmus created another clone of Superman. Meanwhile, the League votes on new members.

Artemis discovers that she's out in the cold when Red Arrow returns to Young Justice to help them track down Sportsmaster... who is tied to her mysterious past.

Young Justice tries to find a thief using the Haly International Traveling Circus as cover for his activities, but find much more.
25. “Usual Suspects”
A new member joins Young Justice just as they must face internal struggles as the moles make their identities clear
26. “Auld Acquaintance”
Young Justice takes on its most dangerous enemy after they discover who within the team is the traitor.
01. “Happy New Year”
The intergalactic bounty hunter Lobo arrives on Earth and fights Young Justice... but his arrival is only the prelude to a greater threat.

Miss Martian, Beast Boy, and Superboy team up with Adam Strange to travel to the planet Rann and stop the source of the alien invasion.
03. “Alienated”
The Kroloteans receive help from an unexpected source as Young Justice and the Justice League try to stop the invasion.

Superboy and the Blue Beetle go on a mission against Intergang, while Nightwing tries to help a former teammate.

The female members of Young Justice travel to Bialya on a reconnaissance mission, while Blue Beetle tries to help a friend.

A traveler from the future visits Young Justice but may not be who he claims. Meanwhile, Red Arrow and Cheshire go on a quest to find Roy Harper.

A former Young Justice member returns to the team to help defend a satellite launch against enemy attack.

Roy Harper goes after the man responsible for keeping him imprisoned for eight years and making a clone for him.

Black Manta sends his son on a mission and Aqualad finds himself torn between his undercover mission and his friends.
10. “Before the Dawn”
Blue Beetle and Miss Martian go on a mission to help their teammates and discover something unexpected.
11. “Cornered”
An alien gladiator traps Young Justice in the Hall of Justice for a winner-take-all combat.
12. “True Colors”
Blue Beetle's enemy, The Reach, join forces with LexCorp and Robin takes a team undercover to investigate the new alliance.
13. “The Fix”
To save his son, Black Manta sends Artemis to abduct Miss Martian and repair the mental damage that she did to Aqualad. Meanwhile, Young Justice tests their new ally, Green Beetle, and Lagoon Boy and Superboy learn the truth about the undercover operation.
14. “Runaways”
When The Reach's teenage experimental subjects take off on their own, Nightwing sends Blue Beetle after them. Jaime catches up to them but soon has to deal with a marauding android, Red Volcano, and the teenagers help him out.
15. “War”
An intergalactic conqueror comes to Earth with plans to take the planet for his own.
16. “Complications”
While Cheshire and Sportsmaster hunt down Aqualad to take revenge for Artemis' death, Black Manta gives his prisoner, Miss Martian, 24 hours to live.
17. “The Hunt”
Lex sends his new team of super-powered teenagers on a mission... to rescue Young Justice.
18. “Intervention”
The team attempts to free Blue Beetle from The Reach's control and avert Impulse's prophecy

The villains allied with The Light hold a meeting to determine the fate of Earth.
